Hello! This is my first post in this community, so please don't strangle me if this isn't allowed here ;)
Last Saturday I attended an amazing concert which was called "Disney: The Kingdom of Music" in Warsaw, Poland. Basically, it was a beautiful selection of Disney tunes and songs performed live by a full orchestra, a choir and four soloists: Natalia Kukulska (a famous Polish singer, sang "I won't say I'm in love" in the Polish version of "Hercules"), Gaba Kulka, Kuba Molęda (also dubbs some Disney stuff) and Łukasz Dziedzic, who is a famous Polish musical actor. On top of that, there was a large screen behind the orchestra on which they played fragments of films that the music was taken from. Overall, it was a charming, lovely concert, the songs were all performed splendidly, some with amazing new orchestrations, and provided a lovely escape into childhood with all the well-known Disney magic, enhanced by live performance. Should you happen to be in Warsaw around next December, I highly recommend you stop by and enjoy this lovely show :)
Here's some fragments recorded: the first one is a piece called "Meet the heroes" and the songs include "Belle" (Natalia Kukulska and Łukasz Dziedzic), "Colors of the wind" (Gaba Kulka), "One jump ahead" (Kuba Molęda) and "Under the sea" (Łukasz Dziedzic). The other one is "Once upon a dream" (Gaba & Łukasz). I'm told more are to come, so stay tuned if you're interested. Also, one of the soloists performed a brand new song from "The Princess and the frog" :D
